Chocolate Pie

Ingredients:
1 package chocolate chips
1/3 cup coffee liqueur (or regular/decaf coffee)
1 package tofu, silken
1 Tablespoon honey
1 prepared graham cracker crust

Directions:
1. Over a double boiler, melt chocolate in a medium bowl. In a blender process the coffee, tofu and honey. When smooth, slowly add melted chocolate. Process until smooth and fully incorporated.
2. With a spatula, place contents of blender into the graham cracker crust. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until firm.

12 slices
